Jan Becher Museum
"The Thirteenth Spring"
Every year, the museum attracts thousands of herbal liqueur lovers who have fallen under the spell of Becherovka and want a glimpse into its colourful, remarkable and often troubled past, its production and the mysteries that surround it. Since the time of its founder, the building of the current museum has undergone several modifications, the production of liquor has been modernised and the fragrant drink has run extensively through the Becher piping under the surrounding houses.
The original glass liquor piping that connected the cellars, the stone vaults of their ceilings, the ancient barrels, the glass curves of old bottles and the yellowed paper of their labels… this is the world of Becherovka that you can see too.
