Quality food from local ingredients
We make sure that our guests can choose exactly what they like, which is why we serve a varied buffet. We also want to keep control over the quality and composition of our dishes, so we prepare all of them, including desserts, in our own kitchen. We also care about the quality of our ingredients and sustainability, so we support local producers. We buy meat from the farm Statek Hlinky in the nearby mountains of Slavkovský les, a large part of the vegetables come from local farmers, and the honey is from local beekeepers. The restaurant also offers a magnificent view of the beautiful symbol of Karlovy Vary, the Mill Colonnade.
